Hey ya’ll!

I hope you all are doing well! I’m coming to you guys with part three of the challenge: Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion.

Week Three Progress With the Always Eat After 7pm Challenge

My goal in starting this challenge was to improve my overall health and fitness. My most favorite part of this so far is the super easy to follow meal plans in the lifestyle phase. It goes into great detail and even breaks it down into serving sizes for a man or a woman. It takes the guess work out of planning my meals to help me improve my chances of meeting my goals. I’m doing a much better job of incorporating healthier foods into my diet on a daily basis. I’m also continuing to be mindful of my snacking. Most of all, I’m not being to hard on myself if I do stray. After all, this is a lifestyle change and I only want changes that I can maintain for life.

Continuing to Learn Through the Always Eat After 7pm Challenge

I also enjoy the fact that I’m continuing to learn new things with the book. I’ve mentioned before how many myths have been debunked by this book regarding they way we should eat. I like that fact that Joel’s methods are backed by science. I also appreciate that Joel’s methods are realistic. Fad diets can be effective, but they’re not realistic for the long term. Joel acknowledges this in writing Always Eat After 7pm. The book goes on to say,

“Fact is, most diets are extremely narrow with regard to food choices and variety, and many even limit entire macronutrients altogether over the course of the entire program (think low-carb and low-fat diets). Three months with no carbs? No thanks. Such practices not only are entirely unnecessary, but make for a miserable, unsustainable experience.”

I couldn’t agree more that placing unnecessary and stringent restrictions on my life are not maintainable in the long term. Furthermore, it only sets me up to fail. Always Eat After 7pm outlines a plan to help do the opposite of this.

More About the Always Eat After 7pm Plan

Always Eat After 7 pm is a three-phase program that teaches you how to lose big by strategically eating big when you are naturally hungriest—in the evening. This may sound too good to be true, but let me assure you it is no gimmick. It’s all about making strategic and smart food swaps, and you can still eat your favorite foods. The Always Eat After 7 PM plan consists of: The 14-day Acceleration Phase to kick-start the program and see rapid results, The Main Phase where you’ll learn exactly which foods to eat when in order to achieve your weight-loss goals, The Lifestyle Phase to keep the weight off for good. It hones in on the most challenging times to curb hunger which are, just before bed and in the morning. By following the Always Eat After 7PM program, you have the most willpower to stay on the diet because you are eating during the hours when you are most hungry. This also puts you into both intermittent fasting increasing testosterone and your metabolism, while putting you into ketosis. And, the recipes are so yummy!
