Unless you live under a rock, then you know that my birthday just passed. I’m just kidding, but I seriously blasted it from all the roof tops. Either way, Doug surprised me with an impromptu getaway to one of my favorite cities: Asheville! Near and dear to my heart, Asheville is not only home to the Blue Ridge Mountains, but it’s where we got engaged almost six years ago. I am a mountain girl through and through.

It’s been a while! I took a much needed break, but I’m back and getting things back on track. A combination of being sedentary and stress got to me over the last couple weeks, and I’d been eating horribly. Take out every other night and more chips than I can count. Getting Through COVID-19: Greenways and Trails

Hey y’all!

Hopefully the weather is as beautiful where you are as it is here. I have been itching to get outside to enjoy the sunshine. I got fully dressed the other day to drop lunch off to Doug and I didn’t even get out of the car. That’s where I’m at by this point 😂. We’re heading into week three of being inside here in NC and I know we’re all focused on getting through COVID-19 as best we can.
