It’s been a while! I took a much needed break, but I’m back and getting things back on track. A combination of being sedentary and stress got to me over the last couple weeks, and I’d been eating horribly. Take out every other night and more chips than I can count. Needless to say, I felt terrible and bloated each morning which is NO good for me. This week has been much better. There was not takeout to speak of and I was much more mindful about my snacking. Hopefully the weather is as beautiful where you are as it is here. I have been itching to get outside to enjoy the sunshine. I got fully dressed the other day to drop lunch off to Doug and I didn’t even get out of the car. That’s where I’m at by this point 😂. We’re heading into week three of being inside here in NC and I know we’re all focused on getting through COVID-19 as best we can.
